pojav pandemije virusa COVID-19 predstavlja enega izmed največjih izzivov sodobnega časa.

Zaustavitev javnega življenja, omejevanje socialnih in poslovnih stikov postaja nova normalnost. Nanjo pa se moramo prilagoditi, če želimo zajeziti pandemijo in v nastalih razmerah ohraniti ustrezno poslovno kondicijo.

Na Aragonu smo zato sprejeli vrsto ukrepov, ki nam omogočajo, da vam še naprej stojimo ob strani, vam svetujemo in vam pomagamo pri sprejemanju optimalnih poslovnih odločitev.

  • V času pandemije nemoteno izvajamo kvantitativne raziskave. Izvaja se spletno anketiranje. Telefonski studio v prostorih podjetja je sicer zaprt, vendar lahko telefonsko anketiranje izvajamo tudi od doma, pri čemer zagotavljamo enako kakovost izvedbe in podatkov kot običajno.
  • Vse kvalitativne raziskave se selijo na digitalne kanale. Omogočeno je tako izvajanje skupinskih diskusij kot individualnih intervjujev in spletnih forumov.
  • Nevro raziskav, raziskav na terenu in vseh drugih oblik raziskav, ki zahtevajo neposreden stik med moderatorjem in respondentom, pa do preklica ne izvajamo.

Prepričani smo, da bomo skupaj premagali tudi to preizkušnjo.

The COVID-19 pandemic is one of the greatest challenges of modern times.

Putting a stop to public life and limiting social and business interactions has become the new normal. We will need to adjust accordingly, if we wish to slow the spread of the pandemic and retain suitable business fitness.

To this effect, Aragon has implemented a number of measures that allow us to keep providing support and consulting and helping you reach optimal business decisions.

  • During the pandemic, all quantitative surveys will be carried out without interruptions. Online surveys will be carried out in the usual manner. The telephone studio at Aragon’s offices is closed, however, telephone surveys can be carried out remotely, whereby we ensure that the survey and data quality will remain unchanged.
  • All qualitative surveys will be carried out over digital channels. This applies to both group discussions as well as individual interviews and online fora.
  • Neuromarketing research, field research and any other types of research requiring direct contact between the moderator and the respondent will not be carried out until further notice.
